PREAMBLE TO BY-LAWS
Members grow up in a communal environment where families and friends support each other in times of happiness, emotional and economic need. We have learned, while growing up in our diverse culture, that together we stand, divided we fall, especially in a new diaspora. Members believe in happiness and prosperity which can be accomplished through unity. Members love their country and are always proud of their heritage.
